I don’t.  I have no pre-qualification for level 1 interns.  The more the merrier.

I had a quick browse over his blog (it IS 10 mins to 1 am, so I think a quick browse is pretty good for this time of night! ) and he has some good stuff on it. I will check it out some more when I get a bit more time.
